Jamie began his Taekwon-Do journey in 2003, training under Mr Garry Bradford at Littleover Taekwon-Do in Derby. Achieving his 1st Degree Black Belt in 2008, he went on to begin instructing at the club the following year — a role that has been central to his martial arts life ever since.
Jamie continued to develop both as a practitioner and a leader, earning his 2nd Degree in 2011 and his 3rd Degree in 2014. In 2017, he took on the role of Lead Instructor at Littleover Taekwon-Do, bringing with him over a decade of experience on and off the mat.
Away from the club, Jamie is an active supporter of the wider Taekwon-Do community, having qualified as an Umpire in 2020 and regularly providing official support at competitions.
In 2022, Jamie was awarded his 4th Degree Black Belt, reflecting twenty years of dedication to the art of Taekwon-Do.
